Review Detail

A subtle but fruit driven nose of dark cherry and plum that has completely soaked up the 35% whole bunch. The wine is medium to full bodied with dark fruits expansive and oak giving texture and depth to the wine. There is an impressive lattice of tannin that has dark chocolate and charcuterie tones that supports excellent length to finish. Will be even better after a few years in bottle.
