Review Detail
2017 Tim Stevens Signature Shiraz Cabernet
(Updated: March 24, 2021)
Wine Rating
95
A lovely glossy red that retains some purple hues in the glass. The nose is a heady mix of quality fruit, generous oak and winemaker technique that gives savoury and earthen aspect. The palate is bold yet elegant in the same frame, plum has depth and concentration with a bitter dark cocoa edge that is wonderfully contrasted by sweeter spice. There are layered dark fruits that lingers with spice, fig and burnt brown sugar.
