2015 Harewood Estate Reserve Shiraz
(Updated: May 05, 2021)
Wine Rating

93
The grapes were sourced from Frankland River, and the wine was aged in new and one year old French oak. A deep dark red in the glass with plush black fruits, cured meats and a seductive spiced influence from new oak. The wine is medium to full bodied, showing good balance.  Fruit is generous and so is the oak, but tannins give a fine, savoury lattice to keep things in check. The finish is all about texture and the meld of dark berry fruits, earth and spice.
