A vibrant purple hue in the glass, the nose starts a touch reductive but blows off with pepper, blackberry and plum fruit alongside deli meats.
Medium bodied with a savoury and mineral core; think green peppercorn, earthen tannins and wild game. Plum fruit has concentration and soaked up the impact of oak with leather and damp earth in a rhone like nod to finish. A stellar example of Yarra Valley Shiraz.
