2009 Pirathon Shiraz by Kalleske
Wine Rating

Red to purple in colour , nose is aromatic with plum and cherry, there is also an undertone of ripe stem. The palate is tight and will need time to truly unravel. There is blackberry, plum and vanillin oak on the palate. The tannins are fine but firm, the finish has a chocolaty richness, but is balanced by the lean acid structure. A wine that has all the elements but needs time to develop.
