Review Detail
2018 Levantine Hill Syrah
Wine Rating
96
A nose of cool dark berry fruits that build with savoury influence of fresh earth and pepper.
The palate has enjoyed the influence of new oak that gives flow to dark plum fruit and a dusting of spice. Tannins are fine but textural and deliver the peppery influence that works effortlessly against the dark berry fruits that are laced with a graphite edge. The finish is long with cocoa and earth alongside driving black plum.
