Impenetrable dark purple to red in the glass, the nose shows violets, plum and exceptionally high quality oak , the palate has wonderful length and layers of flavour with plum and blackberry the most obvious. The wine is framed by an all encompassing tannin structure that carries the clear, focused and concentrated varietal fruit displayed on the palate. This wine has an excellent future ahead and will continue to develop complexity in the mid to back palate.
