Review Detail
2018 Paisley Maeve Shiraz
Wine Rating
94
Deep but youthful in colour with a nose that is quintessential Barossa; you are hit with generous, ripe plum and lashing of oak that gives both a spiced vanillin richness and chocolate note. The palate rolls on from the nose with decadent fruit and quality oak singing in harmony to fill the mouth. Along the way there is interjection of spice, mocha and earthen aspect that is swept along by masterfully managed acidity. Excellent length and freshness to finish.
