Review Detail
2019 Paisley Texture Series Angaston Shiraz
Wine Rating
94
Black plum, roasted nuts and savoury edged black cherry on the nose. The palate has a savoury core, with cool dark berry fruits having some licorice and bitter dark chocolate. Tannins are well proportioned as is the acidity, affording a significant future in the cellar. The finish is long and the interplay between the fruit and earthen impact is the highlight. The wine carries its alcohol effortlessly.
