2007 Oliver’s Taranga Shiraz
Wine Rating
93
An excellent wine from a tough year, the nose has ripe, sumptuous plum and blackberry fruit, the palate has great depth and power with plum, blackberry, dark cherry fruit and earth showing concentration that is matched by the French and American oak that is evident in abundance. The wine finishes with fine tannins and dark chocolate undertones.
This wine won’t disappoint in terms of flavour, and concentration.
