2008 Tellurian Shiraz
Wine Rating
94
Impenetrable red to purple colour in the glass. The nose has concentrated blackberry that is nicely contrasted by olive and spicy vanillin oak characters.
The palate is wonderfully proportioned with ripe plum, savoury fine tannins and understated earthy ripe stems towards the finish.
The length of the wine is tremendous and manages to balance ripe fruit and savoury characters to create a harmonious mouth feel.
