2009 Rolf Binder Shiraz
Wine Rating
92
The wine shows a deep red to purple hue in the glass, the nose is attractive with dark plum, cherry, vanillin oak and stem.
The palate has well defined red fruits with an underlying savoury core of blackberry and understated oak influences. The finish shows a hint of licorice and spice and finishes with pleasing length.
The wine has great structure and will easily reward medium term cellaring.
