2007 Meerea Park Hell Hole Shiraz
Wine Rating

91
A developed red hue in the glass the nose has meaty and earthy undertones combining with stewed plums.

The palate is medium bodied and built upon a bed of savoury dark berry fruits that are well integrated with spice and cedar. The tannins and acids are well proportion and provide excellent cellaring potential.

The 07 Hell hole is an old world Hunter Shiraz that will grow and evolve with extended bottle maturation.
