2008 David Hook Old Vine Shiraz
Wine Rating
92
The nose provides great interest and appeal with earth, cedar and lighter blackberry fruit.
The palate is of medium body, showing great elegance and subtle complexity. There is initial spice and pepper notes that give way to mouth filling raspberry fruit with the back palate having richer mocha notes. The length is good.
