A brooding deep red in the glass, the nose shows lifted plum, dark chocolate, and rich vanillin oak.
The wine is soft and mouth filling on entry with plum and integrated oak characters coming to the fore, the mid to back palate brings integrated but firm tannins and concentrated dark berries that build in weight. The finish shows subtle spice and is centered around plum and mocha that persist long after the final sip.
