Review Detail
2008 Murray Street Vineyards Barossa Valley Shiraz
Wine Rating
91
The nose is driven by the characteristic ripe plum fruit of the 08 vintage with vanillin oak providing an aromatic lift.
The palate has good depth of plum and cherry fruit, the tannins provide a well balanced backbone from which developed earth and spice characters appear. The finish shows good length and well handled acidity.
