2004 Hanging Rock Members Reserve Sparkling Shiraz
Wine Rating

92
A deep red with a touch of purple in the glass, the bead is fine and the nose shows well proportioned plum, currant and a dash of cinnamon.

The palate has good depth of plum fruit with the highlight being the integration of clove, cinnamon and white pepper, providing good complexity.

The finish is long and shows soft tannins, refreshing acidity and good concentration of fruit.
