The wine still holds a medium red colour that is slightly browning towards the rim, with time in the glass the nose shows aged olive and leather characters.
The palate has savoury plum and superfine tannins that roll across the palate, there is soft spice on the finish; a lovely example of an aged Pyrenees Shiraz.
