Produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the wine was aged on lees for close to 4 years, with the first disgorgement in early 2016. There is a portion that has been held back for disgorgement in years to come, which based on the wine in it’s current state will be worth the wait.

A light to medium yellow in the glass with a nose that balances bright nectarine fruit with richer lees and stone fruit notes. The palate has a racy citrus acidity and touches of flint and oyster shell, there is ample stone fruits that at this point are elegant and understated, but will continue to build with further time in the bottle.

A very well made and enjoyable sparkling.
