2015 Sidewood Estate Chloe Cuvée

The wine was hand riddled and disgorged after a minimum of 36 months on lees with the blend 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.

The nose opens with brioche and flint tones to white peach and touch of lemon curd. There is understated autolysis notes with an enjoyable fine bead; green apple and lemon give a tautness of acidity with fuller stone fruits giving depth.

There are some faint fennel and fresh bread influences to the long finish that melds citrus and white peach.
