2016 Levantine Estate Blanc de Blanc

Produced as always in small quantities with only 190 dozen bottles made.

The wine gives a light yellow colour in the glass and a lovely fine bead with aromatics of oyster shell, white peach and background lemon curd. Classical Blanc de Blanc characters on the palate with a creaminess to stone fruits and faint brioche tones, there is textural grip on the mid palate with citrus rind before a return of understated stone fruits and a saline thread. The wine is sure to age very well.
