A light yellow colour in the glass, the nose is citrus dominant with fresh green apple; there is a delicate bead in the glass with custard apple and citrus flavours. This wine as with most tasmanian sparkling will greatly reward time in the cellar with delicate primary characters to evolve and become more complex and secondary.
