2007 Xabregas Artisan ZD Methode Traditionelle
Wine Rating

90
The slightest bronze hue to an otherwise straw yellow in the glass, a fine effervescent bead emirates from the bottom of the glass. This is a good sparkling that is really starting to hit it’s straps; 4 years on lees and zero dosage the wine manages to be complex and refreshing in the same sip.

The nose gives toffee apple and nectarine amongst more biscuity characters, the palate is driven by citrus acidity and accentuated by richer stone fruits and some creamy lees inputs; the finish has texture and a grapefruit grip that cleanses the palate, it will continue to improve in the next 5 years.
