Tasmanian sparkling continues to grow in stature and reputation, the quality and finesse of wines coming out of one Australia’s coolest regions is no longer a secret.
Jansz are a consistent producer of high class bubbles, with the current NV Rose release more than living up to expectations, in terms of colour the wine is an attractive burnt orange to salmon in the glass, the bead fine and persistent .
A subtly complex nose of strawberries and cream, the palate is delicate yet structured with wild strawberry and citrus undertones, there is a suggestion of richness to red berries before the wine slinks towards a complex citrus inspired finish.
