2009 Terre a Terre Dasoa Blanc de Blanc

Xavior Bizot certainly has the pedigree to make Methode Traditionnelle, his father being the former chef de cave of House Bollinger.

The 2009 Dasoa is 100% Chardonnay and spent 39 months on lees prior to disgorgement. The wine gives a lightly golden yellow hue with an impressive fine bead in the glass. The nose is fronted with citrus and orange peel aromatics and attractive stone fruits.

The wine has a finely filamented thread of citrus acidity with green apple giving contrast to richer, creamy white peach, the wine has a delicate spice and mouth filling texture to finish.
