A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the wine gives a pretty light salmon but in the glass, with a fine persistent bead. The nose combines strawberry and citrus with touches of brioche richness. The palate has a taut, structured and citrus dominant core from which wild strawberry, red apple and flashes of citrus make their impact.

An aperitif style sparkling with plenty of length to finish.
