A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with the wine having the luxury of seeing 4 years in bottle prior to disgorgement. A minor miracle given it retails for just $28.

A light golden yellow in the glass with a concentrated and complex nose that has white peach and nectarine with layers of brioche richness. The palate is full bodied with generous curves that are centered around white peach, but kept in proportion by crunchy green acid and citrus. The finish has depth and broadnes with a drying grapefruit like texture.

A wine that packs plenty of punch and will have lots of admirers.
