The wine was produced from 2014 and 2015 vintage Estate grown Chardonnay and kept on lees for a minimum of 12 months prior to disgorgement and release.

The nose is dominated by citrus zest and orange peel aromatics that are joined by richer brioche notes. The palate has a fine bead and continues the citrus thread with lemon and green apple given a twist of grand mariner. The finish pulls through creamy white peach and provides good length.
