Sparkling November 11, 2017
2013 Blue Pyrenees Estate Vintage Brut
Wine Rating

90
Made using traditional methods, the wine is lightly golden yellow in colour with a persistent and fine bead.

The nose is citrus dominant with touches of brioche providing a counterpoint. The palate has an backbone of orange peel and lemon zest that works well with tight acidity and is fleshed out by richer stone fruits and creamy aspects that only come from time in bottle. Driving length of citrus and a twang of gaprefruit to finish.

The wine will benefit from time.
