2010 Bream Creek Cuvée Traditionelle
Wine Rating

93
A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that was kept on lees for 4 + years. The wine is a golden yellow in colour with nectarine , brioche with a dash of oyster shell on the nose.

A layered wine with a citrusy baseline that enjoys fuller white peach that’s lifted by flint, understated citrus zest and a return of sea spray and oyster shell. The finish has a svelte texture with a bead that is superfine.
