The midnight cuvee is a consistently high quality sparkling with the 2014 vintage no different; it has a delicate and fine bead and enjoys a nose that showcases the subtle mealy inputs of time on lees with richer stone fruits having a gentle creaminess. The palate is underpinned by vibrant acidity that gives a lemon twist to baked apple and stone fruits on the palate. The wine closes with understated but enjoyable brioche notes.
