What an interesting sparkling from WA, the wine is produced from the Scheurebe grape and it makes an excellent base for an aperitif style sparkling whilst also taking on some richer bottle aged notes.

The wine is a very light in colour with a subtle yellow hue; the nose is framed by citrus fruits with oyster shell and new season nectarine secondary influences. There are glowing lines of acidity with touches of green apple and a subtle build of stone fruits before a sweep of understated brioche notes give contrast and richness to finish.
