A blend 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay and holds a delicate, fine bead with a light yellow and a fleck of green in the glass. The nose is framed by citrus fruits with white peach and understated brioche building over time. A wine with structure and definition; there is a chiseled profile of lemony acidity with a saline and oyster shell note before new season nectarine is lifted by baked bread but holds its aperitif style with verve. Impressive length to finish.
