A sparkling Cabernet with all the complexity and focus of a high class still table wine. There is a tremendously fine persistent bead, with a nose of mint and plum, the palate has tightly bound blackberry fruit, with some slightly richer red fruits, there are savoury, fine tannins that provide excellent structure. There is exceptional length and focus on the finish. A remarkable wine.
