Sparkling January 24, 2011
2007 Peter Lehmann Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Wine Rating

94
Light yellow hue In the glass and a fine persistent bead, the nose has citrus, fig and granny smith apple, there is nice balanced acidity throughout the wine, with Green apple and lemon peel dominant on the palate. The wine is starting to develop some secondary aged complexity, with the slightest hint of almond, the wine finishes with excellent length.
