The wine was aged on lees for 3 years and is made in an aperitif style with oyster shell, lemon zest and faint flint and almond on the nose. The palate has great acidity that showcases lemon pith and unripe nectarine. The mid palate has attractive brioche with the wine sure to have plenty of future development as it fleshes out over the next 5+ years.
