The flagship of the Blue Pyrenees sparkling’s and it treads the line between youthful citrus tones and the complexity that comes from time on lees in bottle. The nose has a lemony edge to nectarine fruit and subtle mealy tones. The palate has vibrant, green apple inspired acidity with more expansive stone fruits and brioche building slowly with excellent mouthfeel and enough oyster shell inspired acidity to provide excellent length to finish.
