Review Detail
NV Blue Pyrenees Estate Dry Sparkling Rose
Wine Rating
93
A pretty burnt orange to pink with a fine bead in the glass. The nose is awash with raspberry and wild cherry alongside faint citrus aromatics. The palate is fruit driven with red fruits contrasted by lemon pith and a racy line of acidity. Time on lees has given a gentle creaminess but not at the expense of freshness and drive. The length is excellent, as is the value !
