The wine has spent 54 months on lees prior to disgorgement, and is a testament to Owen Inglis's intent to create a world class sparkling wine.
A light to straw yellow in colour with a nose of brioche, citrus and richer peach sitting alongside clotted cream. The palate has undeniable drive of citrus that keeps things fresh with a lovely build of biscuity complexity that is filled out by just ripe stone fruits. Length is considerable to finish.
A wine that will continue to evolve in the years to come, and an excellent example of blanc de blanc.
