The wine is made from Cabernet Franc that was wild yeast fermented in barrel before ageing on lees in bottle.

A pretty salmon in colour with aromatics of strawberry and rhubarb on the nose. The palate has weight and drive with a red apple like backdrop that provides acidity and crunch alongside fuller raspberry and fresh ripe blackberry that gives a savoury pull. Excellent length to finish.
