The Glera gapes are sourced from the cool King Valley and was fermented in steel and bottled with some sweetness. The wine is a light salmon in terms of colour and the bead light, but fine. The aromatics are of wild strawberry and red apple, with the red apple thread continuing on the palate with an enjoyable crunch and the subtle influence of lemon. There is a faint bready note to finish with length of citrus and red fruits.
