Review Detail
NV Daosa Natural Reserve
Wine Rating
95
A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier
A lovely fine bead with aromatics of pastry crust, summer berries and a citrus thread. The palate strikes the balance between power and elegance; brioche laden stone and a touch of red apple fruits enjoy a pink grapefruit and citrus pull across the mid palate that is contrasted by a faint biscuit note. Excellent length to finish and plenty of development ahead. Think of this more as a vintage sparkling in terms of cellaring.
