The wine has a yellow to golden hue in the glass with the nose showing restrained lime and citrus. The remarkable thing about this wine is how the piercing yet balanced citrus notes are contrasted and integrated with the richer honey and almond meal characters in the mid to back palate. The bead is fine and persistent, the acid structure is firm and frames the wine well.The finish has excellent length and shows both citrus and toasted nut flavours. An exceptional wine.
