2006 Yarrabank Cuvee
Wine Rating

95
Light yellow in colour, from the nose you already know the 2006 Yarrabank Cuvee will be an exceptional wine. The nose shows lovely leesy characters of developed butter and honey, along with citrus and stone fruits. The palate is focused and well structured with citrus fruit giving way to honey towards the finish, all while there is a core of mineral acidity providing contrast and zippy mouth feel. The bead is fine and evolves from the bottom of the glass, and the wine finishes with excellent length and an amalgamation of citrus and buttery characters. A superb wine.
