Wine Rating
91
Yellow to green in the glass, the nose shows developed flavours of citrus, brioche and subtle blue cheese.
The bead evolves consistently from the bottom of the glass, however the bubbles are slightly larger than one would like.
The palate itself is fresh and vibrant and contrasts the funky developed nose, there are citrus and stone fruit flavours that are given a touch of buttery complexity on the back palate.
The finish ties the wine together and cleanses the palate with citrus acidity and excellent length.
