Slight yellow in colour, the bead is fine and emanates from the base of the glass. The nose has great balance between rich brioche and peach skins.
The palate is developed, having citrus and buttery lees characters in equal measure, making for a textured and complex drink.
The finish has great length with a citrus derived acidity keeping it vibrant.
