Light yellow in colour, there is subtle lemon and a hint of honey on the nose. The acidity throughout the wine is lively and may need a couple of years in the bottle to integrate. The fruit itself is delicate and dominated by citrus notes. Over time the wine will become less linear in the mid to back palate and develop additional complexity.
