This is one of my go to Aussie sparkling wines, it’s consistently good and delivers well beyond it’s price point.
A light yellow in the glass, the nose is inspired by fig, stone fruits and quince. The palate has balance and shows expert assemblage with a touch of grapefruit zing to ever so slightly oxidative stone fruits. There is citrus flare with some almond meal biscuit complexity to finish.
