A well price, varietal expression of a grape that continues to get traction in the mediterranean like climes in Australia like McLaren Vale.

A dusty, earthen nose with briar, black cherry and plum that benefits from a touch of coffee oak. The plate is medium to full bodied with a drying, firm backbone of tannin but is met with enough concentration of dark cherry fruit. The finish has a lacing of kirsch and earth, with generosity and depth.
